I have yet to be disappointed by their services and staff.

Or you can spend the next two months reading through all the old threads here on BP.The path you choose will likely dictate your success in this business...if you think posting 2 or 5 or 50 questions will give you the information you need to succeed, you're going to be disappointed.

And after buying and selling real estate here in Austin for 14 years I've not yet been disappointed/regretful in any of my purchases.

Even the HD house brand did.Some of the cost cutting by these brands is disappointing, flimsy plastic "metal" parts and such.

That's what I understood from other forums so I was very disappointed today when Fidelity told me about taxes and penalties.

Maybe those who can't do it can't study to do it either.....we know many have been disappointed, but then you don't know unless you try......

Going the extra mile here due to past good behavior, but really, it is disappointing I cant get a call back.

But I'm disappointed that there's been almost ZERO appreciation and very little absorption of distressed properties (which gives the reason for low appreciation).I'd guess a package of rentals is going to be in the class D areas, rents $400-$600).  

Disappointing, but you weren't cheated.

It will be a waste of our time and our HF will be very disappointed on me.
