You're never going to find any sort of person with an actual background in clinical psychology who will agree that's true, but the masses always believe what the masses want to believe to feel better about themselves.The weak-minded also believe much the same things about drawing and using a screwdriver...those things are only for artistic and handy people.

I never cash out refinanced.Due to the market I don’t know if I want to buy TWO new houses with the equity from this one, since the market is at least slowing down and may go down in the coming years, the economic indicators are starting to show weakness in the economy.

$100 per month cash flow seems weak at best, dangerous at worst.
