None of these connections happened for me overnight, it took many years and a lot of false starts...but after awhile everything started to blend together and all the different avenues for connections started to feed into each other and my network began to grow exponentially.

Buy and hold means that is what you typically do, I think if someone is willing to pay you an absurd amount for a property, and you can use that profit to meaningfully grow the portfolio down the line, seriously consider it.

There is no intent to violate any ADA policies on my part, but I feel someone that does not list their animal on my application when asked with the question above is providing a false answer and is subject to denial.

Not worth dipping into their pockets, especially since it’s two separate people, not the same person getting the “full” commission (I use quotations because brokerages take absurd fees from agents).And making a brokerage policy to not change their commission agreement doesn’t seem suspect, it seems like a good practice so clients don’t walk over agents, something that happens all the time

He had never helped anyone buy or sell a house ever.I still see it too, people stating things about my market that are just blatantly false...because they clearly are not in the market every day and have no idea what's going on.Lots of keyboard cowboys with no or almost no actual real estate experience here.
