I decided to charge a monthly pet fee, $35 for a small dog/cat or $45 for a large dog (Labrador, Golden Retriever, Saint Bernard, etc).

The bulk of the money goes to the people, not as in the case of the city's many hotels, where most of it goes into the pockets of foreign investors while the Greeks working in the hotels make minimum wage.The golden rule in America is very simple: he who has the gold, makes the rules.

Hopefully, bigger pockets members will be smart enough to think about and plan for retirement purposes before it is too late to do anything about it.Just don't get depressed if you aren't reaching a gigantic # as you approach those Golden years.
