i am going to be investing heavily in single family homes in Little rock arkansas and i am trying to figure out where to buy my first rental home. 

I have several colleagues who have been obtaining 0 down construction loans in the Little Rock, AR and Conway, AR areas.

I haven't seen prices like this since 2011/2012, but then again the Arkansas market may be different than the markets we are farming and interested in deploying capital in.

If you are doing volume, YOU ARE DOING IT THE H A R D WAY and I guarantee you are way more disorganized than you need to be.
