Paint color, trim, blinds, outlets and outlet covers, the flow of the unit,etc.

I found out that I had to remove all the trim and moldings around the windows and doors and caulked and used Great Stuff to fill in all the holes.  

When I worked as a construction manager for a homebuilder several years ago, we ordered the lumber, windows, doors, stairs/railings, garage doors, trim, cabinets, lighting, appliances, vanities, floors, paint, and other finishes.   

Might be costly, but you could do some stone veneer around the entrances and then paint the rest of the building and trim in complimenting colors.

I spent some timelooking at this color wise, and the green part, might be original color, but if the trim is in A-1 Shape, a gloss or semi-gloss off white might make the building look bigger, and more energetic vs a movie prop restoration.

If a person tried using framing tools to trim out a kitchen, lol, yeah that would be interesting.

Technically I'm cash-flowing 100$ per month with 15% down, and haven't had any issues with the property where I had to spend money thus far, except trimming a tree.  

I am looking to trim the leg work via this program.

Zinnsser now makes a synthetic shellac called BIN2 which is not as nasty to use and far more affordable.Even after all of that, there have been a few studies which show that the nicotine and other toxins deposited on / absorbed into the walls and trim will eventually re-emerge on the surface.
