It had been so bad a hazmat team had to cut out the entire bottom half of the drywall, toss all of the kitchen cabinets and a clawfoot tub, and the entire house had to be tented (later on, whenever a light switch cover or outlet cover was removed dozens of dead roaches would fall out) because the roaches were so bad.

No chipping paint, Gfi outlets 6ft from water(i believe), Windows must open and close, everything needs to be in working order or removed(i.e. outlets, appliances).

If you have PROPERLY added outlets with appropriate ratings and proper wiring for properly sized window units, I would add them.
