I have 2 student rentals and always was surprised how far paint, flooring, outlets, countertops, and some FB marketplace appliances went. 

hah I mean I would be bringing a tape measure, flashlight, screwdriver & outlet checker (blanking on that name) anyway so might as well bring the whole belt!

It had been so bad a hazmat team had to cut out the entire bottom half of the drywall, toss all of the kitchen cabinets and a clawfoot tub, and the entire house had to be tented (later on, whenever a light switch cover or outlet cover was removed dozens of dead roaches would fall out) because the roaches were so bad.

No chipping paint, Gfi outlets 6ft from water(i believe), Windows must open and close, everything needs to be in working order or removed(i.e. outlets, appliances).

Tannersville on the other hand is close to the outlets, casino, water parks, and Camelback.

I would make sure the original outlets and switches are replaced with new ones.

By Camelback, in the village or closer to the outlets? 

There is then a pipe going OUT of the septic tank to the leach field, aka the outlet.  

We had to install a couple CO detectors, fix a GFCI outlet and cover some exposed wires.

If you have PROPERLY added outlets with appropriate ratings and proper wiring for properly sized window units, I would add them.
