How can I do more without having to spend more.For example, just dealing  with actually motivated selelrs (so focus on quality not just quantity), you 1). make MORE deals, 2).You Close deals FASTER, and as they are actually motivated, there is a lot more meat left on the bone so your 3).profits per deal are huge, and because the only way to reliably get to the motivated leads... is by haivng them find you and not yo ulooking for them (you CAN NOT target motivated selelrs... not poosible.. they have to find you, 4) you cost per deal is 100% free.Once this is in place, you tackled the quality aspect of things.

There are companies out there who will work you through any issues you have with cold calling because, really, the majority of the problem is just learning to overcome your own comfort level issues and getting comfortable in your own skin.If you are not one who wants to tackle the self-actualization, you can get a virtual assistant and pay something like what you stated.

Basically, I was putting the workaround back onto page 1, because once it got onto page 2, getting there was tough ...Once Josh becaomes aware of an issue, I know that it will be addressed with the priority he feels it deserves, based on his TODO list and the resources available to tackle those issues.

I too moved to the great state of Kansas in July Thomas Handy but I'm at Riley in Junction City :(Hopefully James Vermillion I can hang up my bars after this tour but right now still getting my plan in place to tackle some personal financial debt and trying to figure out what I wanna be when I grow up lol.July was a milestone, closed on my duplex after financing uncertainity, and I just moved in my tenants today.
