I believe the math would ultimately create less interest than you would pay over the life of the loan (even when combing interest on both loans)I think if you penciled it out you would find that the differences in interest is pretty marginal for the effort required.

I build all over the country and have never found an inspector that is willing to design, they are only there to make sure you have built per code per print and what ever little wild hairs they have.Keep in mind once you open this can of worms permits will need to be satisfied and the structure will need to be brought up to code and in the future sale of the property the unpermmited work will need to be disclosed.A quick trip down to the building dept will yield a ton of info.

You will notice this when you walk them, they all have paint over floor joists and so forth.Can you see any fine hairs or anything that appears to be growing on the white surface?

well how about  taking a metal cloths hanger and sticking it straight into the powerhead and taping it directly to the 220.. now thats crazy. cut water meteroff run garden hose directly to house with enough wasted water to create a draught.wife rents to this nice hair dresser who they pay like a slot machine.. next thing i know ATF is calling me the boy friend that moved in has shot and killed someone  ... and of course we all have the tenants that destroy your house..

I dont think I would take them to court or file a police report or anything, because end of the day, the tenant does have a record of you modifying the lease.If they do take the washer and dryer....I would pull out a fine tooth comb with pictures of every little thing that was damaged.
