Almost every single NRU member that has come to this site has been banned because they all have the same attitude as you.

Section 8ers always have tons of people living in their homes.And considering all this, their attitudes are horrible.

And you have a very heavy NO GROWTH attitude as well from ensconced locals. 

The lower the score the more training I am forced to do to insure my tenants do not cause any issues but my screening is far more extensive than simply the credit score.I do the personal background as well as a personal interview usually taking a minimum of a hour to analyse attitude, beliefs (non religious), authority issues, etc. etc.

My general attitude is that knowledge is the best form of risk mitigation, so if I've done the research, the numbers meet my goals, and I've surrounded myself with smart and experienced people then risk goes way down. 

If there is generally an attitude of professionalism you will see better results.Most PM's have lots of bad reviews, but that is in the nature of their business.

VRBO is a totally different animal with a more Host friendly attitude.
