I have been very surprised by how much our SC lake house is rented in the "off season"People come to:Relax by the fireplace with a view of the lake, girl or guy weekends, visiting family in the area, visiting their kids at Clemson, Holiday getaway with family, fish, get away from the brutal cold up north or the heat in Florida or just get away.

Lucky for us our girls are 11 and 17 and they don't complain at all, they are good girls I love them and my husband and I have patience.But all in all we don't mind it we actually have became addicted to flipping, if I have to do it again I will.Live in flippers is not for everyone, but you won't know if it's for you unless you try it.

There are 2 teenage girls in the room now and the floor is holding up fine.

Eventually the girls take teaching jobs farther away and move out.

Grad students and girls will more than likely save me a hassle due to their non-destructive habits as opposed to guys who might throw keggers every weekend.

I look at this way, lets say you meet a guy or girl and they tell you upfront they do not plan, they are a bad manager of money, love to shop, and consistently ask you for money.

Reportedly the same basic thing happened to another tenant prior to the girls moving in, according to a neighbor.

In my probate mailings, I have a girl that will stuff and hand address them for $11 a hundred.The second problem is that you need a higher volume of letters. 300 is not very many.
