Unless there is a way for investors to find a way to make money in the town you are referring too, then your dreams of HGTV's hometown is a difficult mountain to climb.I would like to know why the town is dying. What drew people to that town Historically. Is there a current draw that would want to make people move there. Are there jobsSome type of natural resources waterfront properties, vacation homesHow are the schools thereThese are things I would think people would want to know before investing in a small dying town. Those are just some thoughts off the top of my head.
