It seems like the next "big thing", but I personally am not into crypto or VR.Can anyone enlighten me lol?

It is a A class product that after extensive review believe that this may be their biggest most lucrative exit for investors yet.I mention this, because as a passive in deals with horses that are proven and get pocket listing deal flow that meets their business model, I feel like I know what I am investing in, unlike crypto or stocks or other types of investments.  

On the flip side of the coin, the realtors on this site could tell story after story about all the tire kickers and buyers who flake out.Sorry you had to deal with this...you'll get one soon.

Hi all - I have a bunch of crypto and understand that, due to money laundering laws in the US, one cannot use dollars with a crypto provenance for downpayments and reserves. 

Anyone can make crypto. 

This will be my first experience on this side of the real estate coin…unknown territory 🤩.I love the challenge and learning new things and would ultimately love some guidance/advice from those who’ve done this before.Thank you in advance,-Casey

I see a 50/50 chance that the buyer will decide to waive the inspection because they really want the property however, I have seen the same flip of the coin where a property is in great shape and we are good to go, and others are complete "hot messes" that need new roofs, basement sealing etc. 

Or you can find other ways to up your properties profitability ie: coin operated washer and dryer, storage etc.

Or you can always put your money in bitcoin because, yeah, @John ODonovan, crypto is pretty lit right now too!

It is less redonkulous than crypto "sheebu eenu" LOL, but for folks who can afford to wait and have something to loose it seems wise to slow down and enjoy these asset prices and rent growth.
