I was wondering if anyone on here had any experience in the area and could suggest a local, reasonably priced, trustworthy lawyer to help with the drawing up of the purchase agreement, perform lien searches, setting up a West Virginia LLC, etc. 

I would also have a good and trustworthy realtor to help with finding the right properties.  

I mean by partnership or can i fund the deal by giving title to other trustworthy citizen?

If you can't get there, pay a GOOD contractor or pm that is honest and trustworthy to check them out.
