Ban on non resident to buy real estate in Canada

I am immigrant in canada . I was planning to buy a pre construction property in Ontario . But the government of canada ban to buy real estate for non residents for two years to cool down the market  . Is there any other way to buy property ? I mean by partnership or can i fund the deal by giving title to other trustworthy citizen? I have couple of my relatives there who are permanent resident of canada . Should i partnership with them ….  Is it compulsory for  partners to have name of all the partners on the title of the property. Please advice me as much solution as possible on this situation.
