Another item of concern us that the color never covers in one coat and time is money, especially if I am painting the unit myself.

If you're planning on doing it yourself, it's a lot of work, but you should be able to find someone for about $1.00-$1.25/sf and not worry about a thing.Plus, once you sand and refinish, you could probably get away with a buff & coat the next time they need redone and you can get that done very cheap.

Without having gone inside, I can tell that some sturdy laminate flooring, a new coat of paint, and slightly upgraded appliances (with perhaps a cabinet upgrade here and there) would probably bring the units up to standard.

I’m a full time pharmacist with a full sleeve tattoo and often run into this same mentality...and I often wear long sleeve white coats to hide it since I deal with such a large daily population.

Having read a summary, and THEN started the book, it seems like Hill inflated a bunch of obvious ideas and characteristics and coated them in a syrup of mystical thinking and excessive, sugary words.

Since it was taking multiple coats I was able to listen to podcast after podcast and was hooked!
