Also I do not know if you subscribe to Money magazine but in the Jan/Feb edition there is a formula for calculating cash flow, net income, return on investment, and a few other formulas.

I agree.The whole point of a co-signer with good credit is that he has good credit, and as long as you subscribe the principles of most lenders, can be relied upon to satisfy debts.
