@Jay Hinrichs, you download them to your phone and play them through your car stereo... or just download them to your phone and play them on the phone's speaker.

There's real-estate attorneys for a variety of areas too.I went to TeamMade's meeting in April and one of the public speakers there was a real-estate attorney(can't recall what his area of expertise) and he also talked about wholesaling. 

They also do guest speakers covering an array of REI topics each meeting.

and I am not a native speaker (immigrant) so I think it would be hard for sales or gathering people.I'm looking for the advises from expertsThank you for reading..Diana

They sometimes have guest speakers who you can ask questions too.

Eddie's event is designed more for note buyers and fund investors, whereas the IMN residential mortgage conferences are geared more toward the sourcing side of the business (also valuable, just different).I've been a featured speaker or panelist at Note Expo events in the past, and plan to be at this event as well.

I do see value in joining them if they have classes and guest speakers (guard your wallet) with good info, as education.

Our guest speaker, who invest all over the country, said this is not uncommon.  

I second checking out Fixated on Real estate - I've been pleased with the networking and speakers we've seen there so far!
