This is somewhat of a big issue for me as I restore cars on the side.

I never authorized a change in shelving, or purchase/installation of new shelves (I did authorize restoration of the closet shelving to its original condition, installed properly).

I was glad of that because I was busy restoring electrical service the trees had wiped out. 

I was chatting with my roofing guy (who owns a Fire, Hail and Flood restoration company) about buying fire damaged properties, fixing them up and flipping them. 

Presumably, she went to a doctor but is unclear communicating to the PM what "type" of doctor and cannot produce any documentation that shows whatever it is she has AND that the home is the cause.I told the PM to have a professional mold restoration company go out to the home and do what ever testing they need to prove one way or the other.

He/his network have rented for short to medium term to people being housed while their fire-damaged properties are restored. 

And with cash-flow restored, my next investment was in training/coaching in my primary business, which is copywriting and SEO. 

Working in the restoration and remediation industry I've worked with many insurance companies but never an American Modern claim.

Denver street / grafitti / mural artist or community group to paint the side of my building (great exposure for their work, 50,000 cars/day)2. electrostatic painter or auto body worker who wants to moonlight and restore my metal cabinets lowrider style (think glossy turquoise or black with pin strips)

My plan, is to obtain the property through a hard money loan, restore fire damage, convert to a double consisting of 2 2bed 1bath apartments,  and sell to an investor that is a landlord.
