I can't agree entirely with some of your stuff in the pod casts, don't remember specifics, but I don't recall hitting the ceiling either.

It's possible to get a construction loan for a legitimate home or prefab/mod on foundation but it's very difficult to find a lender for cabins.

Perhaps a mod moved a thread around the same time.

I would recommend it for a few reasons1)  If you latter decide to sell the loan having qualified the buyer will make the loan much more salable2)  There is no point doing a loan mod if the borrower(s) can't afford to repay.

And yes most folks that do pod cast and refer on these are just advertisements, and they are generally compensated if they are talking about a particular vendor in a particular market.

Listen to weeks worth pod casts and books all depends what you read or listen to that go for one or the other lol .

Have your eviction Atty or regular atty do all of it, and as they always say on the pod cast just say your the property manager.Get them out, you’ll be happier.
