Airbnb is just flakey about how you show up in their rankings or at all.Get on Vrbo so that all your eggs aren't in the Airbnb basket.

It is a really interesting transition from not starting with too much bigger picture capital and doing much of the work yourself to over time as you start to reap the fruits of your labor, you can delegate more and more and hopefully enjoy a bit more while doing a bit less!

They are some in any group, of course, but it's low hanging fruit and there doesn't seem to be a high  volume of those (anymore).One challenge is to learn what a motivated seller is experiencing or thinking.  

Edible but not what I would consider a fruit producer.There is a choke cherry as well.

My grandparents had no problem picking fruit, nuts, vegetables, etc... to make a living.

I don't suggest putting all your eggs in one basket and focusing on one thing and one thing only, could be a recipe for disaster.

The only risk I see is whether you'd be putting all of your eggs in one basket by going big all at once.

As your no longer going after the low hanging fruit the competition is scarce as most don't have the funds to focus on these area.

I define a guest as someone I already know and care for that I would allow to stay at my own home for free, not someone who wants a glorified hotel room or BnB that might include a pool, basket of goodies, well appointed kitchen, etc... that "rents" my home. 

If you have heard the phrase "don't put all your eggs in one basket", you will recognize that the concept applies to real estate investing as well.
