Owning real estate is expensive and 1 or 2 vacancies can wipe out the reserves pretty quickly.My advice to you would be, whatever money you make from rental properties, either keep it in the account or use it to buy more real estate, aka commit to use the concept of compound interest on these investment dollars for at least 2-3 years.
