It may sound nice to pay a 5% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no add-on fees.

you add on line.. tv guru  and all the other training companies and you have massive amounts of newbies.I always say there is NOT ENOUGH deals to go around if everyone who is a BP member went to a seminar did a bus tour and then the organic investors who never heard of BPBP is mainly a beginner website.. you see that in the posts IE did my first deal congrats and all that.but I would say only 1 in 10 to 20 or maybe more who post here ever do anything more than buy a rental or two.

NEVER had that happen on subsidized units.Just to add one other point, at renewal inspections by the Housing Program, I have rarely ever had a property that failed due to what was clearly misuse or abuse by Tenants, and the Tenant actually reimbursed for those repairs.

Also see if you can live without some of the add on coverage (water backup, equipment breakdown, etc)Key is to shop it with multiple Independent agents and other captive single company agents.
