I am a Realtor and investor here in Citrus County, and to be honest with you, Crystal River is where the tourists are trying to go, so the closer you can get to Crystal River (short-term rentals are banned in CR from a 2005 ordinance) the better.

If your vision is crystal clear in high school then good for you, I wouldn’t recommend college.

Bill, I have no intent to debate this with you, as it appears you are talking my words, quotes" too literally and misconstruing the point.Not sure which crystal ball told you bank lending rates would be 8.5% in 2 years, but NO, HML's would not lower their points and interest rates.

I don't know - if I had a crystal ball and could see the future, I'd be sitting on my island somewhere.So to reiterate Will, no the banks can't tell me what to do with my shortsale after I close with them.

Just a tip--  In my area, the thrift shops are loaded with Grandma's crystal for $1 a piece.
