Replaced the flooring, kitchen, cabinets, washrooms, trim, popcorn ceiling to knockdown, furnished the basement and landscaped.

We typically stick to our buy box, however, minor trim work and punch out were all that were required here.

We completely redid kitchen and bath and all new flooring, interior/exterior doors and trim, new plumbing and water heater, ceiling fan in each room and misc. had rehab done by sept 1.

I would even be willing to trim off the top just to get things a bit closer to home.
