The nice thing about these vs. window units is you can pull the exhaust tubes out of the window each night an secure the property.Also I would suggest adding a fake or real camera system with sign.  

I might add that you should install surveillance cameras in case he comes back and does damage to the property or threatens you etc.

I charge a premium for my properties and I include Ring security and cameras in the rent on the property.

Two bathroom faucets leaked.In stead of doing other things, I will secure of the place first, installing fences, lights and cameras.     

After they are gone, we will be changing the locks and installing cameras.

Seeking advice on what's the best and most cost effective camera in taking photos?

Same improvements minus the roof, and Add Exterior Iron Gate entry.Thinking of adding security cameras on both buildings. ( Are in C neighborhoods )My main goals are to do the repairs that normally yield the biggest difference on an appraisal. ( I am planning on hiring an appraiser to look at the property and tell me what would need to be done in order to get these properties up to or around the price point I need).

I also had them check with a camera and came up with 4 areas that they "think" is compromised.

Are they full or will start from scratch leasing/sales.You need to get a diver or if the water is clean enough an underwater-vision camera and inspect piers and anchorages, if those don't hold in a flood or high tide you'll break loose and float off, nothing like watching a dock with a million+ dollars worth of yachts/boats crash into a bridge.....
