Plus, law students have to pass a moral character review by the bar, so they need good credit and have to explain any lawsuits, etc.  

The best thing is to learn how to judge people's character and look at the individual situation.

They are indestructible and have so much character and class.  

Law students also have to worry about any potential legal troubles that can possibly be a problem when they try to pass the moral character review with the bar. 

You have to assess their character and get a sense of what a landlord-tenant relationship would be like with them.

Usually you can get a sound reading on their character physically spending time together.

And it's a shame that there is a mix of bad advice posts sprinkled in on this thread with the good posts ...To tag users, you need to type more than one character after the @ unless your one character is a question mark. 

By then the AC will be fixed, and they may already be gone (as a result of you not renewing the lease on those characters).

But, if they want a smaller and more unique experience as their home (with a bit more character), then your place may be ideal.
