I am on eclipse every day pulling licenses professionally and they get kicked back almost every time for one reason or another.My theory is that they’re doing it intentionally behind-the-scenes to curtail eviction filings.

:roll: There are construction-perm loans that can be assumed basically when the contractor sells with seller financing, but it's not an assumable loan, the contractor remains on the hook, additional collateral is often pledged and the seller financed deal is pledged, there are alot of issue behind the scenes that a new borrower does not see or is aware of and may think they are "assuming the loan".
