Hey Justin, I am stationed at Ft Bragg at the moment for some training, and yes that is exactly what I am doing is just educating myself as much as possible so when I get out I can launch right into it.  

There were some major lessons learned, but we took everything and built upon our experiences and built systems to prevent the same errors from happening.For about 3 months now, the systems we built have been operating very efficiently, and we felt it was time to launch!

To help me launch, especially with the buy and holds, I flipped a few properties first to really build that nest egg.

After educating for the past 8 months I now have an acquisition strategy with direct mail / Adwords that I've just launched. 

Going to bump this up...Just recently launched his "product", but I'd avoid this one too.

Just starting to launch a major marketing campaign.

When you click on their 'Real Estate Brokerage' page, there are no broker profiles listed and they say  "...we launched Equity Realty, a real estate brokerage that works in collaboration with our law firm."
