New Real Estate Investor Ready For Central Florida!!

Greetings fellow BPers and Central Floridians!

So I guess you could call me a "new" bigger pockets member even though that I have been on this site for the past few months.  And I guess you could also say that I think that I am very close to the analysis paralysis stage!  I have nearly listened to every single podcast now, 150/154, read about 25 real estate books, and have spent countless hours on this site this past year.  I'm currently finishing my time in the Army and will be moving back to Central Florida, Lady Lake, this upcoming year and ready to my real estate career to take off.

With that said, I am now looking to get on an existing team or possibly creating my own team.  My family owns their own real estate firm in Central Florida so I am pretty confident I know of what farm area I would like to concentrate on.  Furthermore, I have some assets to bring to the table; real estate agents, buyers, and a private money lender.

I would love any feedback and insight from any BP members and as well as any local central florida investors, attorneys, lawyers, inspectors, appraisers etc.  Thank you so much for your time, and thank you Josh and Brandon for putting together this website with a plethora of information.  Looking forward to working with you!

Andrew
