I don't like all in one's.Better to be excellent at a few things than mediocre to good at a bunch of things.Would get multiple references to follow up with.Even then you need to follow up frequently.The great company could hire a few duds by accident or the main owner retires leaving it to his children and they run it into the ground.So many things could happen and you have to be proactive instead of reactive.
