Most agents are using CTM e-contracts,  Docu-sign or similar electronic contract systems and it seems like the software could be coded not to disclose the buyer's name until acceptance rather easily.

If this is a cash deal there would likely be nothing for a buyer to sign that requires notarization, so things could all be done electronically.

Kingdom Trust is small, but works well and get do a lot with electronic signature docs.

While you have an ear maybe ask if the title co. issues title policies in your county based on the clerks electronic records or if they also go to the clerks office and search for records that are not in the electronic database.

They said that no electronic equipment allowed, i.e. cameras, cell phones, purses subject to search, etc.
