I know the closest big city is Charlotte nc but not to sure if they would be willing to invest here.

., or land with phenomenal views, or country land that will soon be connected to the closest city by a new tunnel/ highway, etc.My dream would be to be sourcing these types of deals and helping connect investors in the USA to these opportunities abroad.

Looking at Google maps, the house looks like it's in the middle of nowhere and the closest city seems to be San Jose which is...2 hours away?
