I'm use either allure grip strip or traffic master plank depending on the area (Allure grip strip ranges $2.98 - $3.50, Traffic Master at HD $0.99/ sq/ft for plank, padding usually adds an extra $0.20).

Commercial sewing machines like a Juki, will sound loudly on the floor through the legs.Some buzz like a home machine, some bam bam bam.Maybe she makes purses, or sandals, or repairs boat sales or has some kind of sewing hobby that requires one of these machines.If so try a rubber pad under the machine.Good Luck!
