I see lot many builders offering ready made structures that can be installed on a concrete pad. 

are you using Split pad to manage all these different folks. ?

Buy the assets and peg a separate cost to the road, electric, plumbing, parking pads, security, etc.  

It would be interesting to try it out, as I would love to have one as a vacation pad/rental investment.

We started out by just writing down the addresses on a note pad and eventually pinning them on an app called deal machine.

For a first time BRRRRer this is about: 25% of the purchase price, rehab budget(I would pad this), holding costs(pad this too), and then a contingency budget. 

I'm use either allure grip strip or traffic master plank depending on the area (Allure grip strip ranges $2.98 - $3.50, Traffic Master at HD $0.99/ sq/ft for plank, padding usually adds an extra $0.20).

Commercial sewing machines like a Juki, will sound loudly on the floor through the legs.Some buzz like a home machine, some bam bam bam.Maybe she makes purses, or sandals, or repairs boat sales or has some kind of sewing hobby that requires one of these machines.If so try a rubber pad under the machine.Good Luck!
