I use Tenant Cloud for PM and there is not a lot of good add ons in there, but I found that I was not happy with the paid services for smaller landlords, and I am not large enough for the nice ones.

It may sound nice to pay a 5% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no add-on fees.
