This is vital because you don't want unnecessary inquiries on your credit profile.Lastly you can look at most properties without a pre approval here in the states so I dont know for sure but I would assume its similar in Canada if not the same as here.

I doubt you are in any violation but just an unnecessary risk you don't need to cross.

The local county/state websites tend to get very confusing/detailed/unnecessary with certain info.Is there a central website that just shows me the taxes laid out in black and white, state by state, county by county?

I'm over it, it's distasteful to start unnecessary drama on a forum when you never done business with the person?!!

@Jay Hinrichs We used to have a state licensing agency TRCC but it went away because the powers that be thought it was  unnecessary.

Even if they lived in the same building as me I don't want to make unnecessary trips to the bank.I understand landlords wanting to be involved and on top of their rentals but I feel showing up to the house monthly Is a bit intrusive.

If you were to hire your own handyman and a junk removal company you would save a good chunk of $ and be able to cut a few of the unnecessary items off the list. 

I've never seen so many unnecessary charges in my life!
