I'm going to revisit your pod cast and take a closer look at what your up to in the MHP space.

For your next home purchase, if you are progressing on that path soon, and planning a house hack of some sort with that property, I have really enjoyed Scott Trench's articles, pod casts about his small multifamily purchases using this method with FHA loan for the first one.

I don't think they actually do loan mods/workouts with individual borrowers to increase the velocity of profits, although I've not heard anything to the contrary. 

Mods if you could close this thread, it would be a good thing.
