The ADU is separately metered for the various utilities, but because CA law requires it be net-zero energy usage via a solar system I may include the monthly solar lease (>~$100 per month) in the rent.

How would you handle the following special assessment for sewer that directly affects our parcels: Our SSA was formulated to “maximize” our land usage, without consideration for current zoning (which is basically minimizing the land usage).Obviously, there is an extremely large difference between current zoning and the special assessment fee that will apply.

If I'm not mistaken it seems that we need to have JavaScript enabled in order to use the page.In fact I have already verified the usage of JavaScript... so if you are using the tool and it seems like it's not working then it's possible that you need to turn JavaScript on.
