The actual splits to some might be higher on their team as they tend to have junior agent, agent, director, senior director etc.

However, have you reached out to your local meeting chapter director about adding a possible subgroup or at the minimum including a "Note Investing" as one of the monthly meeting topics or as a segment of one?  

Today I do real estate investing in the capacity of wholesaling and am hoping to begin flipping more.Recently I became the Regional Director of Business Development with a company called Blue Chip Green cleaning where we have been doing residential and commercial post construction clean-up and ongoing GREEN Commercial Cleaning for over 10 years.  

I was a teacher and athletic director full time before making this switch.

These are in fairly "sketchy" areas and past history has shown some young female named Ashley or Jennifer just isn't likely to feel comfortable with that area. 

They will put a director above you to guide and mentor and train you as part of the team.

I'm going to invite my directors as well.
