People in their 20's today grew up from a young age being taught about climate change and learning about renewable energy.

How does this compare to A/C or electric costs that owners incur in hotter climates?

The climate of the island helps the prolonging of touristic season and also there are areas , like Heraklion city , that attracts tourists all the year.

The inquiries from clients have covered the following reasons for this interest (in no particular order):- good schools in Seattle area- close to Vancouver- easy to reach from China- good climate- less expensive than San Francisco- good long-term investmentBellevue is of particular interest and some clients even mentioned specific zip codes that they wanted to focus on.We believe that this interest for Seattle will continue to grow as China and other countries in Asia are still doing well (compared to many other countries) and wealth is being created every day.  

The economy has been booming even before 2012, as a result of the area’s business-friendly climate and no state income tax, which attract both domestic and foreign capital.

I would be cautious about flipping in this climate.

Yeah I would suggest walking away, but I know from first hand experience that the Memphis appraisal climate is a bit iffy right now.

As this is a park in a great location which is also a "high desert" climate, dusty roads are mostly accepted across town. 

The climate is tropical so it can be a plus of minus.

Although not the best time to be disposing a property, i) I have conviction in the buyer's ability to perform, and ii) believe the sale price is a defensible exit value given the current climate.
