most everyone that calls just RUSHES right into 'what's the address' and 'when can i see it'.nowadays, most dont even introduce themself over the phone nor seem to want to divulge any info related to their household (perhaps thats normal for urban areas?)

is if you can't make it, don't bother to fake it... or i mean to say tenants/people nowadays at first point of contact can be so eager and devoted to commitment and stability but nevertheless driven by mood swings and miscellaneous life drama that eventually contradict the long term lease they have no problem at first agreeing to enter.Anyways so yeah I'll just leave it at that and set the income bar high that way worry less about loss of income situations; their problem.

never put a sign on but do give out address in ad because nowadays ppl will call to say YOU 'FORGOT' TO PUT THE ADDRESS so i got tired of that years ago and have been putting address and right after, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. without address ppl too often call just to ask where exactly is it located and i do want them to be familiar with the neighborhood but also follow simple direction.
