Since REI is a team sport, it is so critical that you surround yourself with the right group to accomplish your goals as efficiently as possible.

Having worked in the customer service department for both a large outdoor sporting goods retailer and the patient relations department of a major medical center and hospital, I've learned this....Good customer service requires listening to the customer, responding with kind understanding, finding out what they would like to have happen, and then negotiating for a solution.Once you take responsibility, apologize for the mishap and ask the tenant what they would like you to do.

I do miss the Mud Hens a bit, but must say I am enjoying the local Sydney sports! 

The backyard is Pinnacle Hill.  :-)  The 1 br is in a good place rent-wise...it's the upstairs that needs to go up.  

I've ramped up efforts to buy more lots, but it's blood sport to get the right dirt, at the right place, at the right price. 

@J Scott   Oh J your mean... between Aaron kicking out tenants for sport and this whats a poor wood be investor to think.I know as a RE broker I just flat would not work with investors that came form the guru seminars ...

I was very good at sports and that helped because several of them where fans of the youth leagues with kids of their own playing.

Those poor show boats can be bought and sold by the truly wealthy who have true wealth measured in net worth not income.Long ago I was a car salesman in an area considered upper middle class, day after day those people would come in wanting to purchase big, flashy sport utilities.

I'm 20 years old and playing a sport in college, I currently do not have any credit history. 

It pays the bills for now, come January I will believing there hopefully to return to school so I can finish my degree in sports management.
