I hope you do end up trying it out Bruce - knowing how anti-pet you are on LTRs I'd love to see your take on how it works out for you on STRs, because I'm almost carbon copy opposite of you right now on this - I allow pets at my LTRs but do not allow them at my STR despite having a dog myself, because I don't feel like my property is properly set up to allow pets and I use this property myself on occasion and don't want my own dog going bozo smelling everyone else's pet.

Five units under our belts, and we're now getting to the point that we'd like to hire outside help (and we already have on occasion, but now it's to the point where we want outside help on a more permanent basis).
