We finally figured we would do a house hack on our first property because of the wedding that is approaching.

I have no debt other than the 110k at 6%4-I live in a good area where short term rental is possible lots of seasonal events and weddings. so having a large house which is kinda unique to the area seems like it would do very well.

I'm doing neither, because I live in my parent's basement due to my upcoming wedding on June 23rd.

The main problem was that the venue where the meetings were held became unavailable indefinitely. 

I know for me wed do as much as we can ourselves and sub the rest.

I am self-employed (high-end wedding & corporate video production) and obviously, 2020 has not been kind to my biz.
