Most banks should have a blank PFS form they can provide to you.

I have nice rentals, and I see things all the time that make me think "Why can't they just ____ (fill in the blank)?"

That may be an issue.That said, maybe if you have a larger, less developed lot that does not match the average buyer's ideal, think about a targeted niche buyer, be it a gardener that wants a blank slate, even the urban chicken yuppie crowd, or  a large dog owner, etc....

I've heard many tenants prefer a blank slate while others say I'll have to put in floors and fresh paint etc. is this more area specific?
