Consultants for our firm has spoken at hundreds of state trade association events on this topic, and we have been featured speakers at special events run by both state and national associations.

We have food, drinks, networking, and a speaker and have had as many as 100 real estate investors and future investors in attendance. 

Maybe you can have some accomplished speaker every month to talk about a particular topic, or something like that.

We have a variety of speakers that come & our next speaker will be talking about multi-family development/construction.

They meet this coming Monday in Meriden; I always tell newcomers that the organization is a bit heavy on the gurus for its monthly speakers, but that it's an excellent place to network b/c a ton of people attend and are members.There are some folks from across the border who attend as well, Martha.

The next one I believe is the Boston Area REI this Thursday (Shameless plug: I am one of the speakers this month), then the Black Diamond event in Waltham next Tuesday (2nd location in Worcester that was actually tonight), active BP member @Ann Bellamy is one of the founders of that one.

I didn't learn anything from the speaker.  

I have a friend who owns a title company and is part of Go Bundance, AWESOME events, speakers, seems like a great group to be a part of.
