Hello, my name is Frank Prinzivalli and I am 33 years old. I have an undergrad in Finance and was recently pursuing my MBA in Finance as well. I have been a financial analyst and officer for about 11 years, and for 3 of those years in between I was a mortgage officer, which I really enjoyed doing. I recently decided that I was very unhappy in the corporate finance field so I decided to drop everything and pursue a career where my passion has always been, in real estate, so I am now in training to become a real estate appraiser.

I own a SFR in Stoneham where I reside with my wife. I am also in process in closing on a 6-unit residential investment property in Bourne, MA. My current goal is to flip properties for profit and roll those funds into more investment properties to collect rental income.

I am new in real estate investments so I am hoping to learn a lot off this site and to pick as many brains as possible throughout this exciting journey ahead.
