Well hey I listed to a pod cast on BP and they said it was a good method to use.. that won't get you very far...

Ive already begun listening to the pod casts and find them very informative!

Listen to the pod casts, and forums and soak it in,these are people that are in the trenches every day doing deals.

I put ads on the Internet for homeowners facing foreclosure then I sell the resulting leads to hard money lenders, lawyers and loan mod companies.

You need to attend local REI meetings, read books, and listen to some pod casts on here. 

I have been listening to the Pod casts, which have been very interesting and informative.

It's in my backyard, I have it boarded with Peak Servicing (which you probably know is closing their doors) It was a slow pay performing note when I bought it, they stopped paying because they seen a way to take advantage of this issue --> we needed to take a verbal agreement that the note seller (who I bought from) and the borrower had lowered the interest rate from 8% to 6.5% so the whole time Peak is trying to get this simple mod done, they stopped paying, stopped responding to Peak's letters emails and voice mails.

If you watched the first episode of the reality show Southern Charm you will see that Shep bought a new construction.. that was ours  36 Aiken a really cool 4 story mod design.

You will find resources here from blogs to pod casts and forums.

And I agree just because someone is on BP a lot with many posts or has done a pod cast does not make them necessarily some extremely credible person that anyone reading should blindly follow.
