Are the state by state filings just as lengthy as the original SEC filing?

I'm also trying to avoid the lengthy and intimidating CA BRE's contract (I'm not licensed) and use a simple 1-2 pager.  

Military length is suspended for up to ten years if you are moved due to qualified extended military duty or if you were required to move farther than 50 miles from your duty station .  

However, if the first loan has a balance of $70K in my example, and they foreclose, the total amount will be more like $80-85K with all the fees, overdue interest, and legal bills.

I would not be interested in anything beyond 120 days as it usually means foreclosure off the bat and probably going to court.I'm not familiar with the author or the "program", if she is suggesting to stay away from long overdue NPNs then it may well be good info!
