Really fishing for what kind of $$ you have. 

Do you want lots of typical developed beach activities (shopping, water parks, loads of restaurants) or quiet, laid back family  beaches and fishing?

Buckroe Beach has a new fishing pier as well, city owned.  

Bay side for hunt, fish and relaxation.

However, I hardly consider it because if you have seen electricians work their magic when fishing water you know its impressive what they can do.

It's a mighty big ocean, those that have good "fishing numbers" will always catch more fish than the inexperienced just learning how...and more importantly WHERE to fish. 

I do think there is A LOT of competitive intensity in JT in terms of design - lots of young energy from LA, etc. buying up homes and breathing creative flare into the area … so it’s hard to be a big fish and stand out like you could in almost any other market. 

In a vacation home, I am looking for access to streams and rivers cause I love fishing, I also want to be somewhere in a less crowded area but close to amenities with a car.

This is one of the many reasons why the mls is the wrong pond to be fishing in.

You'll have to fish around for an assignment of contract though, or I'm sure real estate attorneys will have them on hand.
